- Engagement Metrics: We do not guarantee a specific number of followers, likes, or comments as these depend on the quality of your content.
- User Interaction: We aim to attract real users to your feed but cannot prevent spam or inactive followers. You can remove unwanted followers using various services.
- Service Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service.
- Support: Support is available only in English and via email.
- Modification Restrictions: You must not alter or hack the Service or any associated website to imply a false association with UpMedia.
- Abuse Policy: Any form of abuse towards UpMedia staff or users will result in immediate account termination.
- Third-Party Services: UpMedia uses third-party vendors for necessary technology to run the Service.
- Account Verification: UpMedia is not responsible for any issues arising from Instagram’s account verification processes, including non-receipt of SMS codes.
- Service Warranties: UpMedia does not guarantee that the service will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted or error-free, or that results will be reliable.
- Liability: UpMedia is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.

- Terms Changes: It is your responsibility to check for updates to these Terms.
Refunds & Membership Terms
- Refund Policy: We offer a full monthly refund under our Real Growth Guarantee if you do not achieve net-positive Instagram growth after 7 days.
- Service Description: UpMedia provides personal assistant and marketing consultation services to enhance your Instagram presence. We do not endorse spam or inauthentic interactions.
- Refund Conditions: Refunds are generally not provided, except under specific circumstances where service was not rendered.
- Liability Disclaimer: By using our services, you release UpMedia from any legal responsibility for Instagram account issues, including bans or removals.
- Cancellation will be made upon notification from the client, Payment that has been made will not be refunded, and the service will continue till the end of covering payment. If the subscription is yearly than the client will be refunded by the relative amount left.
